Before founding StopTheBurn, Tomek built his career inside organisations, working as an employee, manager, and department head across corporate, agency, startup, and SME environments. This experience gives him a grounded understanding of targets, hierarchy, internal pressure, and day-to-day organisational realities.

With nearly 20 years of experience, he combines organisational consulting, data-based diagnostics, and behavioural design to help organisations embed sustainable performance practices.
