My background spans 20 years across international corporate environments — working as an employee, manager, and head of department across Europe and Mauritius.

Over time, I saw a pattern that most organisations miss: performance rarely collapses suddenly. It slowly degrades under sustained pressure — while people remain busy, professional, and outwardly functional.

This is where my work sits. Today I operate as an independent, confidential external advisor — combining behavioural science, neuroscience, and large-scale employee data to help HR leaders and CEOs make hidden pressure visible before it affects performance, culture, and retention.
